FINANCIAL POLICY All tuition must be paid before students are allowed to access online training, or courses mailed to home study students. All tuition must be paid before credentials are issued. All Students will be required to administer the required APS prior to graduation. Courses must be completed in the required time. Enrollment fee is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Cancellation submitted within seven days at the start of the course two-thirds of tuition will be refunded. Fourteen days after course begins one-third of tuition will be refunded. After fourteen days, no refund. Textbooks must be returned unmarked. (No refund for marked textbooks)
TUITION FEES
AGAPE requires a $55.00 enrollment fee which must accompany the Enrollment Application. This is refunded only if the candidate is not accepted into the program for lack of qualification.

The tuition for Phase I $1395.00 + *APS cost $25.00 each (not included in tuition)Please note: There is a 10% Discount for pre-payment in full. The tuition for each Advanced Course is currently $220.00 per course. Payment for each Advanced Course to be paid when each course is ordered. Please click on the above Advance Courses link for details of each course.
If student is working toward a degree, the matriculation and transfer fees for a degree must be paid after all requirements have been fulfilled. The matriculation and transfer fee for a B.A. degree are $1200.00 and the fees for an M.A. are $1500.00. The fees for a Doctorate are also $1500.00. *APS cost $25.00 each (not included in the tuition fees), this is to be paid as each APS is ordered. Each program will give details on the number of APS required.
International Students If you are enrolling outside the United States: Students who do not have access to the internet will only be allowed to complete the Certified Temperament Counselor Phase I. Please note: Shipping charges will be added to tuition costs. All textbooks are included in tuition and are shipped directly from our Atlanta Office
